More info... MEXICO CITY -(Dow Jones)- Mexican telecommunications company Alestra has sold $200 million in 5-year bonds to refinance debt maturing next year. In a press release, Alestra said the proceeds of the issuance will be used to pay-down about $193 million in senior bonds maturing in 2010.
